This app is not working in my mobile “Redmi note 3”. Could you please advise is there any other way to install.

I have not heard anyone till now saying that the app is not working in their mobile so far. What exactly is happening? If you share the details, i can try to debug it.
Meanwhile, there is another way to read Pasumai Tamizhagam without need of app. Please open Chrome browser, type http://gttaagri.relier.in and go to the web site. Then Press the three dot button on top of browser. You will see “Add to Home Screen” option there. Press this and it will create a icon in your phone which you can click to read again.
